I have a Honda XLX250R...1984
Frame #: MD081002158
ENGINE#: MD08E-1002188

Can anyone help me get parts for this bike. I tried a few times and most dealers seemed confused with the model.
I am sure its a japanese domestic model and it seems that other countries have different specification.
I even ordered piston rings assembly kit giving the above specifications and I found it did not work with my bike ...though it did fit quite well in my friends honda.. I seem to have a larger engine... very confusing.

does anyone know honda parts dealers in Japan who could supply me parts of the 1984 domestic models... Please help
