Hey stw, I know this is a 1yr late, but I´ve been searching for a 1979 XL250s muffler too - mine completely rusted. I couldn´t find anything anywhere, but just found a site in New Zealand, japmcdismantlers.co.nz. I have placed the order for mine $158.35 + shipping + the duty I´ll pay when it arrives. (I´m in Canada). Beats having one made which I was starting to think I might have to do!!
