I have a 1987 Honda Xl250 that I just got. The throttle seems to be sticky so I took off the cables and will replace those. After I took those off, I saw that the throttle valve on both carburetors seems to be very slow when I pull back and release it. Is it supposed to be a slow return like that or is something preventing that from snapping back quickly? Thanks!
