| A friend gave me this bike . 1984 XL 250 R . Im trying to get it running. I cleaned the gas tank and the carbs/jets really good and I´m not getting any spark. My question is do you need a good battery in order for it to start or will it start with a bad battery ??. My next step is to buy a new spark plug to see if that helps. Any help would be appreciated !! thanks |
