Depends which country you are in ? and the demand? It is not as valuable as say a 70´s 175xl with the same milage, but if you hang onto it for another 5-10 years it may well be. I would need to see some pics, rego?, if all mint and genuine expect around $1500 - $2000 AUS,with the right buyer a little bit more, it would want to be a ripper though!
