I am having trouble getting sufficient power back to my battery.3 volts is all i get.As well,the wires for my headlight are not regulated,as a result I am popping lights(voltage is throttle sensitive).Would my battery troubles rmedy this?Can someone assist me? IN THE DARK,sandnail.
