Does a 1981 Honda XL 185 have a NHTSA or FMVSS label certifying they meet Federal motor vehicle safety standards? I have found one I´m interested in purchasing but it has never had a Title. Prior owner just used as trail bike. To get a tag it has to have one of these labels. I was hoping y´all could inform me before I drive 2 hours to look at it. If it does where would it be located on the bike?
