I have installed a Power Commander III with USB, when I put my Big Shots on my ´03 VTX1800. It was the easiest thing I´ve ever done with my laptop (and I do recommend a PC to be used). The Power Commander comes with pre-programmed profiles for your bike and your exhaust (and air cleaner, if applicable).
