Hello: don´t panic, you have a woundeful bick. Your problem is a fowled spark plug, I am sure the black smoke came out of the front cylinder, the reason because the front cylinder runs cooler all the time, also you may have a choke problem. for now take the plugs out and have them cleaned and regaped, if the problem presist, change them. good luck
