I just looked at a 2005 model and was amazed at how loud the whirring sound was! I thought that it was just a defective bike. I really like the style and the price, but I dont´ think I could get used to that sound. It doesn´t sound natural. I will stick with my 600 until I can get a good buy on a 1100 or until I find a 1300 tht doesn´t sound like a mixer.
