Electrical problem

This just started at 8,000 miles. This happens part of the time. When I ride the speedometer flux to 0 and some time th tripmeter will go to 0 miles, Some times the engine cuts out and backfires. The tail light will blink off and on also. I haven´t started to find the trouble but seems to be elecrical. It seem worse when the gas tank is full.
