Before I bought my 1300 about 2 months ago, I had a VLX 600 bought in Aug´ 01. The 600 had a wobble between 40 & 45 mph. When I finally replaced my tires (with Metzlers) after 12,000 miles, this cleared up completely. My guess it that the stock (Dunlop) tires weren´t perfectly balanced when installed. If you ever change them, I recommend Metzlers.
