Front fork / handlebar wobble

Want to see how many have experienced front end wobble at around 35 t0 45 mph. My VTX 1300 Rero wobbles really badly, while just cruising at that speed. Exactly at say 38 or 39 MPH it is extremely bad, like it could actually wobble out of control. This seems to only be while cruising not accelerating, or decelerating, but at that speed.
Anyhow, does anyone know what to do? I have heard of others,. It also does this at other speeds, just not as bad.
