Engine runs fine on bench but.......

The bike has just has an engine rebuild after a cam chain tensioner failed and well I guess you know th rest. Anyway engine runs sweet as a nut on the bench but as soon as you load the engine on the road it cuts out. It did have a blockage in the fuel line to the front put which made it miss on the front cylinder when on th ebench but this was flushed out. Any ideas?
