I also have a ´98 VTR 1000 and if you go with two race brothers pipes, a K&N air filter, & remap the fuel system you can get an extra 15 more horses out of it. Beyond that I wouldn´t know. Do you know were to get the lower faring for this bike, I´ve seen pictures of them but can´t find someone who sells them.
