You are talking about 2 different styles of bike here. The ducati is very much a body over the tank bike. Riding this bike causes a lot of pain on the wrists when riding slow or filtering. one of the main problems with the Superhawk/firestorm is that it does drink a lot of petrol. The early models only had a 16 litre tank so a full tank would only last 100 mile. The newer models have a larger tank, 18 litre i think so the tank distance is a bit further, but all the same you will only get 30 mpg. For more all round fun you wont beat the firestorm or superhawk as you know it.
