super charge your vtr250! there is apparently a bloke here in perth ,west australia, whom has come up with a bolt on supercharger kit for us loonies to play with!! hey guys, i don´t know if this forum caters for 2004 models but does any one know how big the carbies are? my bike has a slip on roo raceing carbon fibre can, looks and sounds tuff!! tuned as best as could be done (standard jets/needles only ones available and the profile is all wrong (to lean @ cruize)so i have to run it so its to rich at idle and full throttle to be performing as it should. goes heaps better than standard through the rage however if i was to put flat side carbies from an rgv250, the dude at dyno time can mess with the jetting and may actually be able to get the most out of it! or perhaps supper charge it.......mmm. any thoughts people?! also i´m considering putting an rgv250 usd fork assembly part for looks...he he mostly because the vtr front end is to soft for hard braking and corners at 100km + and no effective damping at speed either! the length is right, may even get away with just changing the steering head bearings. twin disc usd front.... interested? bones |
