Maximum Wattage draw?

My wife is very small and gets cold easily so I´m trying to set it up for a new electric vest for her and I. I´d like to know what wattage I can draw on the bike before over taxing the system. Her vest is listed at 90w mine is probably 65w plus I have grip heaters and a gps. any one know the max draw available on the 800?
