Sounds like someones bn tampering......:$......try looking at the wiring, the live wires sound as if theyv been switched over at some point. Shouldv gone to specsavers-:). Try looking under the seat first, either the bulbs r the wrong way round or the wirings been switched, try one at a time, and inspect accordingly. U dont wanna go tearing fairings off if the problem lies under your azz lol
