I have a vfr750 on an 86. The starter struggles as if the battery is flat, but it has a new battery. Once it has run once, the starter then flies over the next time. The charge voltage is 14v. The bike is not lossing oil or water. The battery drops to 7v when the starter is turning over. Any suggestion would gratefuly received.
