I purchased the bike a couple of years ago after returning to motorcycles as a mature rider, I had been away for several years, but was drawn back with shared interests, or is it just that us old blokes need a little extra in our lives.Anyway to cut the story short after chasing a couple of sort after VFR´s, eventually found one with low Km´sand in good nick. The bike was a pleasure to ride from the word go, comfortable riding position, stable at speed, easy through the gears and plenty of torque.I think it is the smooth, vibration free ride that makes this bike so popular with the born again bike riders. the peerless V-4 motor and the great sound through the Staintune pipe.Maybe I don´t have much to compare it with, but yeah! I´m hooked on the VFR,and if I upgrade then it will be for an updated model. Thanks for this opportunity, Kevin Langley (Victoria Australia) |
