Guys, I am in heaven. I am the exhilarated owner of a brand new 2004 LC4 Enduro. It´s my second enduro bike (used to have a Yam XT600) but the KTM is another ball game. I would very much so appreciate any advice on things to be careful about with a new engine of this class. The dealer here recommended for the first oil change an 15W50 (Yucco) instead of the 10W50 (Motorex) recommended by the manufacturer. Does this makes any sense? He told me they are running even the "race" models with this thicker oil. What do u think? As I said, any word of advice, on running the engine in, on suspension tuning, on tire usage... are all welcome. Thank you in advance. "We don´t stop ridding because we get old, we get old because we stop riding." |
