I have a 1983 saber v45 the starter is not spinning but seem to have power down to it,if i hook up the battery charger to it the starter will spin so dont think its the starter,tried a new solonoide,still the same result,it just clicks,dont know if this matters the warning light is also flashing on the dash,if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
