Water Warning Light

I own an 83´ V45 sabre 750. Recently I changed the oil and after having done so, a warning light has come on that reads ´water´. My coolant levels are ok, and the bike is not running hot. Any ideas as to what this might be? If so please email me at rblackburn55@hotmail.com. Thanks.
