The bike will run on just two cylinders, if you´ve changed the faulty coil look under the seat, there´s two little black boxes, CDI´s. Clean the connectors up and you could also try swapping them over to see if it fires on the rear two cylinders. I think you may find one of these are faulty or simply dirty inside its connecting block.
