I LOOKED ON MY 84 SABRE- THAT LINE GOES NO-WHERE- I DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS SOME KIND OF AN OVERFLOW OR JUST USED TO VENT THE FUEL SYSTEM- BUT I DOUBLE CHECKED- IT JUST GOES BEHIND THE BLACK PLASTIC COVER JUST BELOW THE TANK AND IS HELD IN BY A CLIP ON MINE- BUT IT IS JUST OPEN AND HANGS THERE, I CAN SEND YOU A PIC OF IT IF YOU NEED. jrothwell@cityofbalchsprings.com
