Help! Idling high!

Hey! When the bikes cool I have to choke it to start. Once started it warms for a few, I let the choke off and it idles at about 12-1500RPM. After about 5-6 miles every time I come to a stop in neutral it wants to idle at about 25-3500RPM. Amy thoughts???
