My first bke, too. Mine has bad slide valve diaphragms. I put some hard plastic tubing on the rods they ride on to prop them about a third open to at least get some top end. the problem now is that the power is very inconsistant, like an on-off switch. i think a coil may be shot or a plug wire cracked. Any help?
