I recently purchased a 85 VF1100 Sabre with 3500 miles that appears to be in excellent condition but the fuel tnk is rusty and there is varnish in carbs. I have cleaned the air cleaner, flushed the carbs a couple of times cleaned and tested the fuel pump, changed the fuel filter and am using an auxilary fuel tank but it will not turn over. Any helps inthe next best steps to diagnose would be helpful. I am checking the spark plugs next and wonder if there is a way to turm over manually and should I put mystery oil inthe cylinders?

HELP!!!! Please!!
