I have a 1985 V65 Magna and i just had a new clutch and all the components installed, slave cylinder, piston, master cylinder etc. Finally after trying for 2 days i got the clutch to pressure up and the line all cleaned out dirt free and new fresh oil. Lately when i am riding if i ride very easy and change gears at low rpm the clutch is fine but as soon as i give it one good rip on the throttle and go through a few gears the clutch lever goes stiff and then i don´t get clutch until the lever is all the way out and then it starts to slip as well, i bleed it and then its fine again. if its a sealed unit why is it still building air if it is air and where would it be coming from.
