i have a 84 honda v65. i had the carbs rebilt 1 yaer ago. sat for a long time nnow wont start. when i tried to start it , it backfired and all the electronics whent out. all of the fuses are good. battery is charged. turn the key on and nothing. no lights, gauges nothing. any help would great.
