No power?--fuse or loose/broken wire. Flasher under seat behind rear brake reservoir(don´t mistake fuel pmp relay) It can be replaced with a $3.98 Stant Auto flasher by crimp on new wire spades. May blow fuse or 2 before you get right wires on right tines, but better than $90 Honda flasher.
