I have an 84 V65 Magna.

I did the starter clutch repair. New Rollers and Springs. Aligned dots. Properly torqued bolts with loc tite as per manual. Starter clutch turns one direction by hand. The other direction it locks. This is the expected result.

When I push the start button, the started acts like it wants to turn but does not. Take the starter out of the bike and it spins fine. Thinking the starter is probably bad since the starter clutch turned by hand. Thoughts?
