Hi, Yes the V65 Magna has an electric fuel pump. You can remove the fuel line from the carbs and turn on ignition switch. You should only get a small amount of fuel out of the line doing this because the fuel pump will shut off if it detects excessive flow. Most commmon problem especially if bike has been sitting is carbs needing to be disassembled & rebuilt.
