Well I got my bike back today, the squealing from the belt is gone since they replaced my belt with a new one. I asked the tech if they found anything unusual with my old belt and he said they did not. They also got the shimmy out of my front end. The tech said that the shimmy was caused by the steering column bearings being loose. They blamed it on the load being taken off the front end when they removed the front wheel to replace the tire. I still think I´m feeling some faint front end vibration but I´m not sure, I need to get a third party to drive the bike without telling them about the problem and see if they notice anything. The dealer did not receive the new horn so I have to take it back to have it replaced when the horn comes in, the old one seems to be working OK for the moment. I´m going on a ride with a friend on Friday, it will give me the chance to check out the bike a little better. I´m still not sure if I will stay with this bike or move on to something else.
