Bike been sitting outside for least 5 years. Owner sat it up said rear end stripped out, not sure axles , differential gear or both. Bike rolls backwards when in neutral but not forward. Both brake levers very tight, not feel brakes locked up. Feel would not roll if so. Anyone have idea why not rolling forward when it will roll backwards? Got Oder battery, owner said motor running when set bike up.
