I have a tl-125 vin# tl125121515, says 1977 is this true? I am restoring and it seems to be complete has rust spots on tank and frame and chrome. I need to know how to remove to see if paint is salvagable. Chrome seems to clean up ok with steel wool. would like to get rust off of paint?
