Re; transmision noise. I have an 04 (Sep) model after the first 400 miles I have noticed quite bad ´chattering´ upon acceleration, I have tried changing down but it does not go away until the revs are quite high. I thought these bikes would pull cleanly in the lower gears (this is my first Pan),but this is not the case on my bike so far. I also get this so called weave at various speeds 70-90
odd, it feals like the bike is hinged in the middle!!,some say its the top box etc. I was ridding alone with empty paniers. I will mention all thse facts to the dealer when it goes in for it´s first service. Any comments???. Thanks Chris.
