The Pan Euro 1300 is superb in long haul / touring bike. Rode mine a couple of times into Thailand, going as far to the north to Chiangrai which is 5500km round trip from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The panniers is excellent, large enough luggage space when you need it, a large size helmet into one of the pannier easily. Fuel range is fantastic, 250km before stops anytime.Seat is good but get uncomfortable once reach 500km. Wind blast from shield full up is annoying, lots of bike shake, no such problem on lower height settings. Good glove compartments too, love the one with the locks on where you can store with safety while off the bike for awhile. Heat to the legs is bad during town riding but once on the open road and above 100kph, smile is back on :)
Guess all bikes should be made this way. Still trying the find bad points about the Pan but until now more good than bad. LIVE TO RIDE AND RIDE TO LIVE.
