I do like to ride. My 1st street bike was in 82 & I still use a bike as my work transportation. From experiance, I only use synthetic oil, I change oil filter on the 5k miles, I change oil & filter on the 10K miles. On my bikes when opening them up for repairs, I love to see the yellow tint & clean passages in the caseing instead of the black carbon build up from regular oil. My last bike was a 95 Shadow Spirit retired w/124K miles. I am almost ready to retire my present 96 Shadow Ace w/120K miles.
