Yeah.. I raised mine by turning them up now it is too high after riding for awhile i realize a small adj goes a long way. have caps over the 4 bolts that keep handlebars in place use a pocketknife to take the caps off and make sure you tighten slowly and evenly. remember to adjust your mirrors and levers appropriately.
