about your rev limit prob, im not sure i can help but ive had mine up to 135, cruising down the freeway, with a little more throttle left, all i can think of is possible your air fuel mixture isnt adjusted for that hight of a rev, maybe lean it out a little you might be able to get a little more power, but be careful ifyou lean it out to far you can pop a hole in your piston. also both carbs may not be adjusted the same, you could check by turning in both mixture screws all the way in, be sure to count each tun so you cn back them oiut to the same position. in order to do this you have to remove the plug that the factory puts in to prevent you from adjusting these, one screw on each side of the bike. facing outward. good luck
