Sorry can´t help with down tube but i,d have thought most clamps for foot pegs would be standard & would fit most bikes. I might be wrong. But your luggage problem - Has your bike still got the origanal number plate mounting on. i,ve seen one thats got smaller indicators mounted on tha fixing plate behind the number plate. I just got my 1100 2 weeks ago & going touring soon so looking at the same problem as you. let me know what you come up with. CHEERS
