My milage ranges from 140 miles per tank to almost 200 per tank. I´ve learned that higher octane gas is no gimmick. During the crisp fall air of Michigan with a tank full of 92 or 93 octane premium, I believe that had I run my reserve dry I could have made 200 miles on that tank. I chickened out at 190 and filled up. When I run 89 octane I find that I´m switching to reserve at about 130 miles. Moral: Give your bike the good stuff. Mike
