I am building a custom for a friend of mine based on a 1994 1100 shadow. Other than going from a 4 speed to a 5 speed, is there really any other differences than on a 1997 and up spirit 1100. Are the frames the same? I just want to make sure that some parts like exhaust or rear shocks for example are interchangeable. Thanks.
