Bill, I just installed a National Cycle Plexi 3 tinted windscreen on my Shadow 750 (I´m planning the move to a Vt1100 in spring). Installation was easy by following their instructions carefully, and took maybe 1 1/2 hours of dinking around in my driveway. Best part is the extra leg and hand protection (especially when high speeding on the freeway), with I will never do without again. This allowed me to start wearing summer-weight gloves even though it is still cold and wet where I live and ride. And the darn thing looks OK too, although my biker friend up the street took one look and said, "Dude, that thing is big!" I don´t care--I just want to be comfortable, and this screen sure does that.
