After a few years, all Honda VT´s are notorious for their electrical problems. Oddly, this particular model is known for having problems with it´s water pump after about 35-40k miles. The damned thing seems to flicker on and off for a while before it keels over entirely. This causes overheating, and possibly the steam. Fork casings do exsist, I just don´t know where to get them. As for a tank with a speedo, that would be one hell of a custom job as the underside of the tank is oddly shaped and couldn´t fit many other stock tanks.
Ride low, ride fast, turn left.
