Bike runs, then not. electrical problem

Have many electrical problems but are probably one. Got stranded many times. Bike just blows fuse and quits. Seems to be heat related. Spent many hrs examining harness, can´t find any damage. ICM? Rectifier? Coil? When bike cools a while will restart with new fuses. Any Ideas out there?
