I am looking at installing a Hydrogen Generator to my 2004 Honda VLX 600 and wanted to know if it has a vacuum that comes out of the carb intake?

Also, i recently install a set of Vance & Hinds Cruisers pipes and they sound awsome. If anyone wants to improve the sound of their stock bike, I would recommend these.
