Tire question

I recently purchased a VT 750C ´83 Shadow and the tires currently on the bike are different than the size specified in the manual. The tires are stamped Honda but the front tire is 110/90-18 62H and the manual specifies 110/90-19 62H. The rear tire is currently 140/90-15 70H and the manual specifies 140/90-16 70H. Can anyone please advise me on what size tires should be on this bike so I can purchase them to begin riding my new bike more often. Thanks
